Have you heard of the Lunar New Year monkeyshine tradition in Tacoma? Monkeyshines are glass orbs and medallions that are hidden throughout Tacoma for the Lunar New Year. People come from all over to hunt for these hidden treasures. Others in the community have started hiding “rogues”.
To join in the local community spirit, in honor of the Year of the Snake, we will be making “rogue” snakes out of beads to hide in the Lincoln District on Sunday, January 26, after church. We hope you'll join the fun!
