It has been almost eight months since we all met together in a middle school in the center of Tacoma. As our world has changed so dramatically, so has ministry. Today, Discovery is meeting, worshipping, and living on mission at four different campuses!

And God is working! We have seen many dozens of new people join us in our online services, our Pop Ups are welcoming new faces, and we have a full list of people who have said yes to Jesus and are ready for our COVID-safe baptisms that will begin soon. Struggling families are being supported, people are experiencing community in the middle of so much isolation - and the stories go on and on.

November is also Missions Month - and we look so forward to highlighting some of the stories of our local and global partners, and the work that you are part of through both your General and your designated Missions giving.

As you may recall, the Staff & Church Council implemented a reduced budget in May that would maintain our ministry commitments while cutting expenses. That modified budget has been extended through the remainder of 2020, with provisions for additional Pop Up expenses. A number of you have contributed directly to our designated Pop Up fund to help address these additional expenses - and we're so glad to be in partnership with you!

Let us thank you again for your partnership. Every prayer, every act of service, and every generous , sacrificial gift fuels not only the grit and creativity of this church - it also enables a new neighbor to encounter Jesus. Your generosity deeply matters. We ask you to prayerfully consider becoming a regular, automatic financial giver to God's multiplying, mosaic movement.

Our remaining 2020, modified budget requires $10,256.28 / week.

Actual undesignated financial gifts received over the previous 6 weeks:

$51,483.84 - - $8,580.64 / weekly average
